The pipeline

How an app gets made when agents do the making.

Idion’s pipeline is one orchestrated system. Specialised agents own each stage, every run is leased and observable, and every outcome is written back into shared memory. This is what happens between a market signal and an app in the store — and back again.

Overview

Four stages. One loop.

  1. 01

    Conceive

Find a market worth entering before anyone writes a line of code.

  2. 02

    Build

Turn an approved bet into a shippable native app.

  3. 03

    Deploy

Reach the stores with nothing left undone.

  4. 04

    Scale

Grow what works. Retire what doesn’t.

Every launch trains the next

01

Conceive

Find a market worth entering before anyone writes a line of code.

Input
Trend sources, store rankings and reviews, social formats, and everything the portfolio has learned.
Agents
Trend-analysis, strategist and scoring agents cluster signal into opportunities and draft each one as a bet.
Output
A scored bet: thesis, target user, positioning, monetisation hypothesis and kill criteria.
Human checkpoint
Go / no-go on the bet.
02

Build

Turn an approved bet into a shippable native app.

Input
The bet, the portfolio design system and reusable product modules.
Agents
A product agent plans, codes, tests and packages the app in a leased run — heartbeats, events and artifacts streamed back for inspection.
Output
A tested build, store assets, product copy and per-product legal documents.
Human checkpoint
Review of the build and its artifacts.
03

Deploy

Reach the stores with nothing left undone.

Input
The build and its artifacts.
Agents
Release agents prepare listings, publish privacy policies, terms and support pages, and submit to the App Store and Google Play.
Output
A live product page, live legal URLs and a submitted — then published — app.
Human checkpoint
Final sign-off on store submission.
04

Scale

Grow what works. Retire what doesn’t.

Input
Store and funnel metrics, content performance and user feedback.
Agents
A content engine — scriptwriter, video and carousel production — publishes short-form content while analytics agents read the funnel.
Output
Distribution, a live funnel and a decision: double down, iterate or sunset.
Human checkpoint
Content review queue and portfolio allocation.
Human in the loop

People at the leverage points, not in the loop’s way.

Agents do the work; people make the few decisions that carry the most risk. Approving a bet, signing off a release and reviewing content before it publishes are explicit checkpoints in the system. Everything between them runs on its own.

The feedback loop

Every launch makes the next one cheaper and sharper.

Results don’t end on a dashboard. Funnel data, content performance and feedback are distilled into the shared knowledge base that the conceive and scale agents read from. The hundredth app starts with everything the first ninety-nine taught the system.

Why it compounds

Defensibility that grows with every product.

01

Proprietary signal

Only we see how our formats, hooks and funnels perform across a whole portfolio. That dataset grows larger and more specific with every launch.

02

Integrated system

Conceive, build, deploy and scale share one data model and one orchestrator. Copying a single stage is easy; copying the handoffs that no longer exist is not.

03

Falling unit cost

Each product reuses the design system, the modules, the legal stack and the growth playbooks. The cost of the next app keeps dropping; the portfolio keeps widening.

04

Speed to signal

Short cycles mean the market answers sooner. Misses are killed early and cheaply; winners earn resources automatically.

Questions investors ask

How autonomous is it, really?
The work between checkpoints is done by agents: research, product copy, code, legal, store assets and content. People approve bets, sign off releases and review content before it publishes. Those checkpoints are deliberate — they’re where judgement pays for itself.
Doesn’t automation mean low-quality apps?
The opposite is the goal. Every app reuses a shared design system, tested modules and the portfolio’s learnings, so quality becomes a property of the system rather than of whoever happened to build a given app.
What about App Store and Google Play review?
Compliance is part of the pipeline. Every product ships with its own privacy policy, terms and support pages at stable URLs, and listings are prepared to each store’s guidelines before submission.
Why consumer mobile?
Consumer mobile has short feedback cycles, clear funnel metrics and global distribution through two stores. It’s the market where a closed learning loop compounds fastest.
