Nestmatch Acceptable Use Policy

General rule

Use Nestmatch lawfully and as it is meant to be used: to design a home with your partner. Do not use it to break the law, to harm anyone, or to interfere with the service working for other people.

Impersonation

Do not pretend to be someone else in a nest, misrepresent your connection to a person or organisation, or use Nestmatch to mislead anyone about who they are dealing with.

Abuse and fraud

Do not attempt to obtain Nestmatch Pro you have not paid for, exploit a billing or trial mechanism, create accounts to get extra free restyles or to evade a limit or a suspension, or use Nestmatch in connection with fraud.

Reverse engineering

Do not copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer Nestmatch, or attempt to extract its source code, style catalogue, models, or prompts, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits and you have told us first.

Automated misuse

Do not access Nestmatch through automated means, scrape it, guess invite codes to enter nests you were not invited to, or send volumes of requests that a person could not generate. Do not use your instructions to the designer to try to make the AI ignore its instructions or produce something other than a room design. Do not probe, scan, or test its security without our written permission, and do not attempt to bypass a rate limit or an access control.

Illegal and harmful content

Do not upload or add content, including photos, piece names, notes and links, that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, that sexualises children, that harasses or threatens a person, or that promotes violence or self-harm. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, or photos of a space you have no right to photograph. We remove such content and we report what the law requires us to report.

Sharing and reselling

Your account is for you. Nestmatch Pro is meant to be shared, but only with your real partner in the nest you use together: do not share account credentials, do not join people to your nest only to pass Pro on to them, and do not resell or redistribute access to Nestmatch.

Reporting

If you see Nestmatch being misused, or content that breaches this policy, write to [email protected] with enough detail for us to find it. We look at every report. You can also leave a nest at any time, or remove your partner from it, which renews its invite code.

We may remove content, suspend an account, or end access where this policy is breached. Where we can, we tell you what happened and why.
